From Our Misplaced Priorities Department

Why is letting a cuss word or a naked breast slip out on broadcast TV a bigger deal than an intentional lie repeated incessantly by the news department?
The Supreme Court is considering whether government regulators may still police the airwaves for curse words and other coarse content at a time when so many Americans have unregulated cable television, and the Internet is awash in easily accessible adult material.

  1. I totally agree. They would be better off having a "truth test" on content than worrying about an occastional vulgarity.
