The Supreme Court is considering whether government regulators may still police the airwaves for curse words and other coarse content at a time when so many Americans have unregulated cable television, and the Internet is awash in easily accessible adult material.

From Our Misplaced Priorities Department
Why is letting a cuss word or a naked breast slip out on broadcast TV a bigger deal than an intentional lie repeated incessantly by the news department?

I totally agree. They would be better off having a "truth test" on content than worrying about an occastional vulgarity.
