NOW We Find Out...Bush White House Violated Hatch Act

WASHINGTON, D.C./January 24, 2011 – On January 21, 2011, the U.S. Office of Special Counsel (OSC) issued a Hatch Act Report titled Investigation of Political Activities by White House and Federal Agency Officials During the 2006 Midterm Elections. The report describes OSC’s findings following an investigation that revealed that White House Office of Political Affairs (OPA) employees, as well as high-level agency political appointees, violated the Hatch Act through a number of practices that were prevalent during the months leading up to the 2006 midterm elections.

So can we go back and rescind the laws they passed using Congressmen who were illegally elected?
