Richard Painter, chief White House ethics lawyer under President George W. Bush, said, regarding Trump's comments about North Korea, “This Tweet alone is grounds for removal from office under the 25th Amendment. This man should not have nukes.”
Donald Trump tweeted that he holds the power to suddenly send the USA into thermonuclear war with an irritating but meaningless country in Asia because he wants to prove his "button" is bigger.
So even GOP operatives are freaking out over Trump's dangerous mental instability but what are Republican Senators doing about it?
